[問題] 新手問題請多包涵~~~關於體能~
大家好~
首先給個基本資料
我是一名退役士官,
身高168cm體重63kg
體能:
仰臥起坐86/2min
伏地挺身73/2min
3000公尺跑步12:30
先前在軍中除了部隊的固定訓練之外沒怎麼額外再運動,
退伍之後想要想辦法再增強體能~
我知道我現在的體能其實不是多強啦,
請大家不吝批評指教~
(另外想請大家推薦在台北的健身中心~感謝~)

三項部分,我自己訂的目標是
三年時間練到仰臥起坐和伏地挺身兩分鐘破百
3000公尺跑步12分以內
體脂率20%降到16%以內
請問這樣算是合理目標嗎?
