[問題] 硬舉及深蹲動作請益
之前也在板上請教過, 之後持續有試著改進,
另一方面動作也比較熟練了,
想請板上巨巨再賜教, 看看動作是否有不足的地方

硬舉部分還在摸索動作,不敢做太重,
不過槓片太小的話槓會太低,所以目前用70kg在練習
深蹲:

深蹲的部分把慢跑鞋換了Converse平底鞋之後
明顯感覺腳底穩定性變好了
