[心得] TRX DIY自己動手做消失
最近很流行的懸吊式運動,一條繩子還不便宜不如自己動手做
材料:

38MM 尼龍織帶 12尺 360公分 50元
粗水管 30公分 7元
竹筷子 8隻 免費
童軍繩 1條 10元
總花費 67元
以上材料五金行均有販售
步驟:
1.

水管剪一半
尼龍織帶剪下 50CM 兩條
照片中有三條最下面那條可以無視
2.

繩子塞入水管
3.

將繩子縫起來,用童軍繩套在中間
可以打兩個結作為門扣還可用來調整繩子高低
4.完成

開始運動吧
竹筷子是因為做完才發現水管實在太軟了很不好握,
所以我就塞了竹筷子在水管裡面,一個握把裡面我塞了四根,再把凸出來的的剪掉,就很好
握了~
