[問題] 伏地挺身 手臂 (有弱圖)
從去年二月開始健身到現在要一年了
不過後半年因為上大學到台中 就比較不常上健身房
因為自己的目標不遠大 只是希望讓人看得出來有練 身體手臂有一些厚度粗度
所以下半年上半身都是用伏地挺身加減練
雖然目前胸跟腹的成長自己還能接受(可是跟巨巨們比起來根本嬰兒..)
但是手臂的成長不如預期 想請問一下伏地挺身對手臂的粗度是不是沒有很有用啊?
附上這幾天隨便拍的 所以都不算正面
