[問題] 請教新手臥推太弱的問題
大家好
小弟是個虛弱的胖子 173CM 99KG 體脂肪大概32%左右
因為受到刺激 開始要認真減肥 所以現在要跑健身房做重訓
之前有運動的習慣 大概一星期四次 騎一個小時的腳踏車
看了版上的資訊後 決定由 臥推 蹲舉 硬舉開始練
因為小弟 下半身比較有力 所以蹲舉跟硬舉比較沒問題
但是在握推就遇到很嚴重的問題了...
舉空槓20KG 感覺 都不能平衡 舉起來歪來歪去 舉幾下 手臂就非常的酸 沒辦法舉
請問各位 我是上半身肌力太弱了嗎? 是否還是由機械式練起會比較好?
