[問題] 加寬肩膀的訓練?
小的想增加肩膀寬度
爬文後知道相關的肌群是三角肌、斜方肌
請問大家建議做什麼樣的訓練??
三角肌>>>啞鈴側平舉
斜方肌>>>啞鈴聳肩 這樣OK嗎?
還是有更好的建議?
