[問題] 女生 關於高蛋白的選擇
前幾天去健身房
教練幫我側完身體分析之後
說我體內的蛋白質數值不夠
體脂也過高
加上我前陣子胡亂減肥(每天吃太少)
導致基代掉到1400
""所以教練建議我多攝取蛋白質""
但他又提到做重訓很多男生會使用高蛋白做輔助補充來增加肌肉讓線條明顯
我是女生 170/64
最近積極想減脂+增加身體肌肉比例
我想請益各位
女生要補充怎麼樣的蛋白比較好
還是我也需要買高蛋白或乳清嗎...
痾我知道這個問題可能有點笨><
我有爬過板上關於高蛋白及乳清的文章
但大部分都是男生發文討論居多
我只是怕攝取高蛋白會讓我變金剛芭比(?)
(教練有說女生要練成男生那樣是不可能的因為體內沒有男性的激素,這點我明白!)
我是希望女生的肌肉線條出來
然後緊實!
這樣我應該怎麼樣選擇適合的蛋白或是產品呢?我適合吃高蛋白嗎
