[問題] 瘦子練了約四個月沒什麼改變?!
先說原PO很瘦(175/53)
在今年夏天的時候想要開始持續重訓想增重
目標大概就是看起來正常點
穿衣服可以稍微撐得起來
但在練了約4個多月 感覺不太有變化
除了胸肌有些輪廓出來...手臂 肩膀還是頗瘦弱的樣子
我一周會去運動中心健身房3次 一三五或二四六
每次去都會做
啞鈴臥推
斜板啞鈴臥推
坐姿划船(機械)
Lat Pulldown(忘記中文了)
槓鈴彎舉
最近加入
啞鈴側平舉
每個動作5~6組
從夏天練到現在也一陣子了可是卻沒甚麼進步...囧
所以想上來問問肌肉海灘版的大大們 問題是出在哪呢?
懇請賜教
請鞭小力點~
P.S 我有想過是不是要再增加重量,
目前啞鈴臥推最重拿到9KG*2 OR 20LB*2
約莫可以做12~15下一組
BUT 我看別人跟我用相同重量練的人似乎都比我有肉 ORZ
這樣還要增加重量嗎...
