[問題] 運動過程中補充乳清蛋白??
各位巨巨大 & 大巨巨
小弟昨天在做運動的時候有位好心的前輩提醒我說
乳清蛋白不適合在運動過程中補充
因為會因為蝦咪XX離子 還是啥鬼的關係 導致
會比較沒力,對於重訓過程不好~~
小弟我目前是都在運動過程中不停的補充乳清
主要是因為我通常下班六點會先去運動後才吃飯
所以補充乳清可以讓我在運動過程不會那麼餓
再來是想在運動的過程中吸收乳清的蛋白質
(一定時間內能吸收的蛋白質有限~~)
運動後吃晚餐的蛋白質才不會浪費阿~~
雖然偶爾會沒喝乳清,我是看當天飲食狀況來決定的
所以
不知道位各大大 是否有相關的建議分享分享~~
乳清的攝取,訓練中是不是真的不好~~~~
