[問題] 引體向上次數跟肌肉的關係?
看很多文章增加引體向上次數的練法都是每天拉
好像跟重訓不太一樣
不知道能不能在這邊問.....
目前沒有在做重訓 體重65 只有做撐體Plank......
拉單槓大概四個月 從0下開始練...
目前正手握Pull-ups 14下
如果算標準直上直下的話10下
目標是30下 每周進步1下
沒有額外重量訓練 只靠引體向上(自身重量)的訓練
有可能達成目標嗎?
會不會因為肌肉不夠 次數就上不去 卡很久?
