[閒聊] 脂肪全都跑到肚子
今天又量了一次inbody的數據 跟上次量差了兩個多月
體重大概沒變76.9kg 體脂從15.6%降到11.7% 看起來很爽
細看脂肪分佈數據就悲劇了...我兩手臂機忽沒有脂肪
大腿脂肪也不高....超過一半的脂肪在驅幹也就是身體
4.7kg.....看了我兩側的腰肉 淚流滿面...這就是快要變中年

P.S 看了各位大大 我也覺得我應該不可能有11.7%
我找時間再量 但應該不可能過16% 我這兩年量過的次數
滿多次 inbody最胖時都沒過16% 而且都不是同家

今天又跑去量一次 這次是運動前 2小時內沒吃也沒喝
14.9% 再讓教練又目測跟手測確定這個數字應該是差不多
11.7%應該是運動後出來的數字 我只是沒想到差異那麼大.
我不太確定為什麼很多人說是2X% 那不可能 是照片關係嗎? 我手臂也不過13吋多 是偏瘦
我這兩年在不同地方量過的INBODY超過7次 最高就是15.7% 我昨天也找超過2個教練做
確認(全部都沒業務關係 就只是請教) 用目測跟用手 都說14-16%差不多 20%是不可能..
至於量inbody 都是脫襪 身上東西都拿掉 只有上衣褲子 腳對位 手捉握把測的.
