[問題] 重訓跟高強度間歇的後燃效應
這個問題我在fitness版發問過,可是沒得到確定答案(大家都只回答我的次要問題QQ),所

我的問題是,高強度間歇運動主要是靠後燃效應來消耗熱量,但是對於有重訓習慣的人,
他的EPOC應該已經很高了,這樣高強度間歇運動還能提升多少EPOC嗎?會不會反而效果比
傳統的有氧還差?
我好在意啊...希望有人能給我解答
