[問題] 減脂完後的增肌

開始運動(想要兩個月先瘦15kg)
早+晚二次合起來.平均七至八公里交叉運動機
有氧後加上一些重訓
這段期間,飲食減半,但不讓自己餓到(分很多次吃)
7月16日
75kg達成

達成後放縱飲食好幾天,目前七十六
不想要繼續胖回去,但又想要吃的很爽快,所以想要把肌肉量練到可以盡情飲食
家裡配備
30公斤槓片+2隻1.8短槓心+2隻
請問接下來是要搭配有氧嗎?(因為有人跟我說搭配效果會很慢)
還是純重訓會比較好?
我想要腹部肌肉比較明顯一點,有辦法在家練嗎?要怎麼樣練?
