[問題] 鄭多燕適合腹肌訓練嗎
在YouTube上打腹肌,總是會找到一大堆的影片,
很多都是片段式的,或者太過激烈,
很久以前聽過鄭多燕的健身操,有一集是地毯運動,
幾乎都是在瑜伽墊上的腰部以下運動,
我有拉筋暖身,跳了兩周左右,從來沒有一次完整跟上跳完,
前兩三次跳,結束後起身還頭暈想吐差點昏倒。
影片開始之前還有警語說這項運動前後不能喝水,
可是跳完真的超級渴又滿身大汗的,
不懂不能喝水的邏輯是什麼。
目前是沒有什麼成果,還是一團肉,
可是跳完會有一種比較完整的感覺,
會出汗、會喘、會全身痠(尤其是腹肌),
而且加上我是每天都跳(後來爬文發現好像不行這樣)。
想請問,要練出腹肌,只要追求運動完肚子會痠1~2天的原則就好嗎?
鄭多燕的操對腹肌訓練是否有效呢?
