[閒聊] 吃什麼,好練肌肉
強健的肌肉離不開運動,吃對食物也很關鍵。
長肌肉需要的營養:包括所有關鍵蛋白質、脂肪酸、
維生素、礦物質和抗氧化劑的全面而充足的營養。
碳水化合物應被看作針對肌肉具有合成代謝和抗分解代謝作用的食品,
有利於長肌肉。
肉類、乳製品和蛋類是合成代謝作用最強的食品。
然而,因為肉類的生物學價值遠低於乳製品和蛋類,
所以建議把後兩者作為主要的蛋白質來源。
花生四烯酸富含於肉類、乳製品和蛋類食品中,
有助於誘導最初的合成代謝刺激。
肉類還富含線粒體,線粒體含有肌肉組織需要的所有關鍵營養素。
普遍認為絕對的素食會嚴重阻礙增加肌肉的自然途徑。
