[問題] crossover要不要肩胛骨內收下壓?
臥推的時候,肩胛骨要內收下壓
應該是為了提供穩定性,而保護肩胛骨吧?
那繩索飛鳥需不需要呢?
感覺沒有內收下壓,可以用到比較多肌肉?
