[問題] 讓腹肌更明顯?
我沒有上健身房,我都是在家自己做的!
我練的有:
1.伏地挺身50下一組做6組
2.仰臥起坐100下一組 3~4組
3.仰臥起坐(加強版/左右擺動)200下
4.滾輪50下
5.慢跑30分鐘(約13圈,另外走兩圈)共15圈
我幾乎天天這樣做,不過覺得腹肌還是不太明顯
該怎麼辦呢??
