[問題] 有氧的觀念
小弟最近半年的訓練 一周練5-6天1.5HR
大部分都沒有有氧 頂多是周日滑步或游泳50*(5~10趟)
最近在部分天練後加上15-25分有氧 快:慢=2:1三分循環
但對有氧就有以下想法:
1. 有氧不像重訓增肌能提高基代 練完後對減脂幾乎就沒效了
2. 會消耗體力 覺得還不如拿來在全壓在重訓上
3. 重訓後30MIN喝乳清的話 加有氧會變得很趕或不夠
4. 反覆沒成就感 不像重訓(如果非瓶頸) 又非得維持(同1)
雖然好處有 1. 減脂效果相對迅速 2. 加強心肺功能 壯大引擎
但覺得如果培養不出興趣 (TRYING 游泳) 很難持續
若只想拿來做減脂期 飲食的輔助(加速)
又怕 如果減少有氧後 脂肪回來的速度會多快
總之不是減脂長期的好手段 (飲食>增肌>有氧)
請問我的觀念有錯誤嗎?
