[問題] 跑步跟重訓的搭配
原po 178/70 體脂13
一開始接觸重訓時
朋友說我很瘦
一開始熱身慢跑不用太久
於是設定20分跑上坡
但之後聽教練說要肌肉明顯
最好體脂再低一點
於是調到40分
但跑完再去壓總是疲倦感很高
也滿容易累的
想請問版上大大都怎麼搭配?
