[問題] 體脂10%以下
小弟順利從20降到13
但是維持一樣有氧量
並提高一點強度 (以不受傷為原則)
慢跑5k、有氧拳擊1h、踏步40分
腳踏車1h
這些交替著練
約三個月沒改變了
早餐:牛奶+五穀麥片一碗公
早午:地瓜x1+乳清
中餐:三菜+飯一碗公(公司煮的)
下午:地瓜x1+乳清
晚餐:地瓜x2+水煮雞胸200g+燙青菜
睡前:酪蛋白,會餓+水果
在fitness問過 沒有個答案
有哪邊是可以加強減脂的呢?
