[問題] 該如何正確的捕?
請教一下各位大大
健身房拼大重量的人,往往會帶一個捕手或兩人一組
但是捕法卻看過千千萬萬種...
到底如何捕才是最正確又安全的呢?
(臥推、深蹲、肩上推舉、側平舉、滑輪下拉、槓鈴彎舉...等等)
