[問題] 關於健腹輪~
我是女生,
因為想讓肚子有線條一些~
所以今天買了健腹輪回來!
剛才做的時候,發現我下不去,感覺再下去,我就整個身體趴在地上了!
大部份的人都是上不來,我是連下去都不行= ="
這代表我的手臂沒有力量嗎
還是多練習幾次就好了呢?
