[問題] 甜食
最近運動發現
只要是高一點強度的有氧運動
譬如跑步超過八公里
或是籃球全場打約兩小時
大概就是比較長時間的有氧
運動過後
就會很想攝取糖分
試過幾次只要不喝糖水飲料之類的糖分攝取
幾乎就沒辦法睡覺 還有胃酸在翻滾的感覺
這是正常現象嗎??
