[討論] 請問 nzmp的乳清不大推薦嗎
最近讀大學了 現在學校有免費的健身房了
希望可以讓自己訓練強度增強到可以有效吸收乳清蛋白來長肌肉
想要問一下 大家 都不大推薦nzmp嗎?
感覺 大家都說他特點好像是便宜 但是吸收效率不好 而且成分的安全性不是很佳
那 大家比較推薦新手哪牌的呢?
在板上 好像大致上都是看到on 還有BSN之類的
是因為 他們來源比較安全 還有效率比較好的關係嗎?
努力讓自己可以做點高重量的訓練ˊ ˋ 重考數年 讓肌肉整個都消失了...
