[問題] 增重高蛋白選擇
如題
本人 175/60 瘦 = =
會打球大概兩三天一次
打完球回家會伏地挺身或者操一下腹肌
沒打球時也會練一下不過量比較少
正題
是有肌肉有形狀但是就是太瘦了阿
一點都沒有厚實的感覺
所以想喝高蛋白增胖搭配重訓
所以高蛋白想選擇高熱量+好喝
想請問該如何選擇?
