[問題] 坐姿練二頭比較紮實嗎?
鍛鍊器材只有單手的啞鈴*1
目前的處境是卡關很久了 在18kg-20kg這之間
練的方法都是站姿做彎舉 但感覺應該從其他部位借了不少力
再加上左臂比較沒力 施力方法感覺也怪怪的
今天就試試坐姿彎舉 結果兩手都頗吃力的 感覺要降重量
想問坐姿練的二頭會比較"紮實"嗎?
我是照鐵門第一張的動作,還有甚麼變化可以做嗎
