[問題] 滑輪下拉的背部角度?
主最近在youtube搜尋滑輪下拉的正確姿勢,
發現有的人背部挺直,
與地面垂直,
採用滑輪直上直下的方式;
也有的是下拉時上背部稍往後傾與地面約成75度,
但腰仍略垂直地面.
目前有爬過板上文章,
但沒看到有背部傾斜或不傾斜的比較,
以刺激闊背肌而言,
上背是垂直好還是傾斜點好?
另外一問,
下拉的滑輪是否無論如何一定要垂直於地面?
有時在健身房看到有人拉大重量,
都會變成上身往後借力導致滑輪下拉的角度也偏斜而不再垂直地面,
這樣是否就變成無效的方式了?
