[問題] 喝冰的飲料,如何將傷害降到最低?
剛退伍時,那時候有腹肌,且中線可見,
退伍半年後,從1月開始,每週跑步20㎞,加滾輪,
現在有中線了,但是有點想練成a&f香水那個腹肌(xdd,不要噓我)
所以想連飲食也控制一下。
因為我每天早餐都會喝無糖豆漿,
有時候買7-11的,有時候買外面的,
但是下課10分鐘太趕,沒時間等微波,
廢話打了有點多,想請問一下
如果我喝冰的豆漿,先含在嘴裡,
含到跟嘴巴的溫度一樣,再吞下肚,
這樣可以避免,因為喝冰飲料 脂肪在腹部的堆積嗎?
因為我喝養樂多也是這樣方法,
而養樂多就不能微波了 XDDDDDDD
