[問題] 自己買台重量訓練機在家練適合?
各位前輩好,我之前是一個純粹只有在做跑步騎車等有氧運動的愛好者,
有跑過65M的超馬,玩過一次226鐵人,雖然成績都不怎樣。而覺得自己核心肌群太差,
而且脂肪太多,體重種對於這類運動會消耗太多體力
開始跟著玩Insanity的光碟,覺得至少有減脂肪的效果,腹肌也稍微有出來

我知道跟練重訓的人差很多,也請大家給予評論應該如何再加強,
我再考慮買重量訓練機或啞鈴來加強胸肌/腿部/臀部肌肉,
或是去健身房較好?
