[問題] 想請問線條與緊實度的問題
各位大大
小弟因為一直有在打棒球
所以基本的重訓 多少都有在做
但因個人偷懶 就只針對爆發力的項目在做
結果這幾年下來 肩膀的線條和手臂的線條有出來
運動時的力道也不差
但是就是用手去摸的時間 不是屬於緊實的那種
也就是可以壓下去的軟Q = =
想問一下 要如何讓線條和緊實度增加呀?!
另外~
以前練爆發力的作法都是
磅數大~~做快速~~次數少(約10~15下)
然後就是手 腳 腰 作完一輪就休息5~10mins
大約做個4~6輪 就下班收工= =
然後一週約做四次而已~~~
這樣做有什麼要改善的嗎??
