[問題] 新手發問請指教
書上網路上說:做動作時要儘量放慢,可是動作放慢好像做不到能舉起的最大重量?
那動作放慢跟猛力一口氣舉起練出來的肌肉哪個比較大塊?或各有哪些效果?
