[問題] 肚子是瘦下來了但多餘的皮要怎麼消?
目前練到站立時,是胸腹線條可以看的,
因為之前某些因素沒運動
腹部比較大,後來勤練有氧飛輪.慢跑等運動
重訓也是有搭配腹部訓練
肚子方面消的出現有點像韌娠紋,上方會有兩.三條線這樣
坐下的時候有點像沙皮狗皮膚這樣會皺皺的
還是那些還是脂肪?有想過用束腹但怕假如是脂肪只是把那些油推到看不到地方
拿下來只是腫的更嚴重,我應該不理他繼續練嗎?
