[問題] 增肌or降脂?
小弟 身高184 體重79 體脂肪15% 基代1800 (康士美)

最近想練出腹肌,可是目前幾乎都以有氧為主
想請問,如果搭配重訓的話,該以哪個為主? (重訓&有氧)
目前上腹型稍微有點出來,可是下腹還是慘慘慘
重訓時要以高rm還是低rm操呢?
