[問題] 如果超過48小時還沒恢復 休息嗎??
禮拜四早上剛加重量 練三頭肩膀那個部分 結果感覺沒抓好
練完當天只是力竭
結果隔天手完全不能動
到現在已經超過48小時了 手還是不能舉超過肩膀 ...
明天的課表也有一部分的肩膀
這樣事應該要好好休息 還是調整課表呢??

今天去看醫生 真的受傷了...
還好只是韌帶發炎 醫生說不要太大的動作休息兩個禮拜 囧rz...
看來這兩個禮拜只好練練腿+跑步了
