[問題] 三角肌訓練(以不去健身房的前提)
版上的各位先知
小弟潛水一陣子
最近被同事激到不小心發下豪語要在8/1 ~ 12/31
讓三角肌線條很明顯,年底讓他們鑑定,線條不明顯要請客
小弟身高和體重是176/66
在以不去健身房的前提下
爬了文之後擬定的菜單如下
一週練3~4次,手邊啞鈴(5磅)
坐姿啞鈴肩上推舉 x 30 做3組
站姿啞鈴側平舉 x30 做3組
俯地挺身 x 15 做4組
請問菜單有哪裡需要加強和修改?
這次攸關面子一定要拚
煩請大大不吝指教
