[問題] 只靠低重量能練得不錯嗎??
如標題
由於之前手腕受傷
休息看醫生了約四個月還是沒完全好
而事實上我本身關節似乎就比較虛弱
以後即便恢復
醫生也建議不要做太重
想請問光靠高次數彌補重量可行嗎
但至少希望線條分明,看得出來有練過那樣><
記得當時如果做太輕根本回家都沒有酸的感覺
以後也不敢做太重了...
目前重訓只能做核心跟腿的部分
而且free也無法做
leg extension跟curl我有嘗試使用德壯方法做
可是當下是酸,回家卻又沒感覺
至於需要手腕的部分,以後也不大可能敢用到70%左右的重量
所以希望能請教一下板上的前輩
