[問題] 先跑步好還是先重訓?
最近幾個星期來決心要來減肥,
也想要肚子上的肉能有形狀一點,
應該說想讓身上的贅肉可以轉成肌肉,線條好看一點。
所以開始跑步跟上健身房,
不過這幾個星期一直有個疑問,
到底是先跑步再重訓還是先重訓再跑步?
因為一直沒有一套標準,所以滿困惑的...
之前還有朋友建議說要先重訓再跑步,
因為重訓會有很多乳酸,跑步流汗可以流掉,
想請問他的說法是對的嗎?
如果不對該怎麼做才是正確的呢?
