[問題] 下背可以天天練嗎? 已爬過精華區
如題 下背可以天天練嗎 就像腹肌一樣
因為我以前的體育老師說下背是對應前面的腹肌
如果純練腹肌 會因為前後的肌肉張力不一樣
後面的下背會很容易受傷
在精華區好像沒看到類似的問題
