[問題] 健力與有氧
我知道版上各位大大都是很注重有氧的
因為畢竟有氧才能讓自己苦練的線條出現出來
但是如果是健力選手
是否也要專注有氧???
就小弟所知,健力是要有辦法拉出更多力量
和健身不同
僅是訓練方式有些微雷同而已
那健力使否也要專注在體脂肪的減少??
還是無須注意體脂肪,努力提升力量???
