[問題] 請批跑馬拉松又要重訓的課表
因為每個月都要跑一次半馬
所以我現在一個星期跑12 km x2 LSD 15km(一星期多1km)
不知道這麼跑還需要練習腿肌嗎?
之前上許績勝教授的課他說馬拉松選手需要的是細長的腿肌?
所以我現在的練習課表是
Mon 胸三頭
tue 12km
Wed 休息
Thu LSD 15km+
Fri 背二頭
Sat 休息
Sun 12km
不知道間隔會不會太大
目前只想練到湯姆克魯蛋那樣的肌肉線條和大小
請各位前輩指導一下吧~~
