[問題] 每份乳清蛋白都要加糖嗎?
前提如果練夠 我現在大概平均兩天一次重訓和有氧
請問一下 如果平均一天吃兩份乳清蛋白(練後和隔天起床)
是吃的每份乳清都要加葡萄糖???
還是只要練後吃得那份加葡萄糖就好@@
我好像吃錯了
我這兩天吃的每份都加葡萄糖 感覺脂肪似乎變多了= =
葡萄糖30公克熱量一百30卡左右 但我覺得這東西對我轉換脂肪效率特高....
