[心得] 給大家看個在家練的朋友
照片改了 感謝板友指導
以前是海陸的後來胖到90
這一年騎腳踏車瘦了20
大概173公分 70KG
體脂肪目測不超過8%
上次被他嗆 練這麼多年沒有腹肌 雖然很幹
但是我也發狠瘦了5公斤
現在腹肌六塊 多少得感謝他
但是依舊很幹 因為他還是嗆我....沒有8塊
他沒去過健身房
單純在家舉啞鈴 滾輪 單槓
沒什麼特別的飲食
不過我想這身材應該是非常多人欣賞的
起碼比某些網站po自己練的成果卻是油膩的感覺 還一堆人稱讚好多了
