[閒聊] 重訓增重期間最怕碰到什麼
我的答案大概是病痛吧
想當初想用air alert來練跳躍力
第二天打球就扭到了
休養了兩個禮拜想要再重新出發
隔天起床膝蓋就好痛.....
開始增重重訓大概四個月了
有點成效 但又感冒了
感冒之後又加上澇賽
真是..........
