[問題] 腹肌跟胸肌 還有辦法在更明顯(或變大)嗎
我知道我是易胖體質 本身沒有上健身房的習慣
之前最胖的時候有到72公斤 然後持續運動 控制
飲食大概半年 運動分量大概是 每天跑步五公里
仰臥起坐一百下 伏地挺身八十 啞鈴是22磅重
左右手各舉80下

想請教的事情如標題 就是若我沒有吃什麼
高蛋白的東西 那我的胸肌跟腹肌 還有什麼
