1.拉筋、暖身、腳踏車70RPM 10分
2.仰臥起坐3*20 殘念還在痛....
3.腿推舉 3*10 80kg 通過下次要在加重量
4.小腿彎舉3*10 20kg... 膝蓋會斷...減到20kg 下次+到30kg看看
5.臥舉 3*10 50kg... 下次再+到60kg看看
6.頸前下拉3*10 50kg... 第三組無法做完,下次在家把勁!!
7.肩推舉 3*10 20kg... 第三組無法做完,加油!!!
8.三頭下壓3*10 10kg... 下次做15kg看看
9.鋼索彎舉3*10 20kg 此項沒做
10.股四頭前抬腿3*10 10kg 稍微勉強做完 下次加重量
11.坐前抬腿3*10 40kg 下次+一些做看看
12.伸展、拉筋
