[問題] 有沒有在家簡易練腿的方式
在下是個紙片人
原本173/47 男的喔 比志玲姊姊還瘦了 科科
做些簡單的重訓後
伏地挺身、氧臥起坐、拉單槓
體重竟然升到51了!!!
我原本狂吃一個月體重計都不會移動的耶
這讓我覺得重訓真是太神奇了
可是因為只訓練上半身的原因
長出來的那一丁點肉都跑到上半身去了
我的腳還是非常非常的細
很多人都說我的腿比女生還小耶
好丟臉
要怎樣在家簡單的練腿呢
