老實說以前學英文的經驗看來，
love handles一直都是指腰間腹部的贅肉。
Wikipedia:
"Love handles" is a colloquial term for a layer of fat that is deposited
around a person's midsection, especially visible on the sides over the
abdominal external oblique muscle.
Urban dictionary: (查英文口語、俗諺超好用)
The areas of extra fat that hang or slightly bulge from the sides, and are
also the little rolls on the lower back.
老實說我不知道從台灣啥時開始肌肉線條和肥肉開始傻傻搞不清楚了...@@
至於C羅那個線條，其實重點是體脂要低就看的見....
