[問題] 練背容易使不上力
小弟我是剛健身的新手
我用頸前滑輪下拉練背
是採用金字塔型練法
加到59kg 時候就使不上力了
我是從39kg開始做 45 50 54 59kg
可是我去做單臂啞鈴划船拿35kg啞鈴
卻還有力可以做個10下5組
但是頸前滑輪就差不多力歇了@@"
是我前臂出的力量大於背肌嗎??
