[問題] 餅乾做為碳水化合物的使用可行性??
如題
如果是高纖全麥之類的健康餅乾
換句話說油 糖 鹽都少
是否可以當作碳水化合物的補充來源呢??
感覺上
似乎與一般吐司 麵包類的差異不大
保存期限又比較長
小包裝近200卡 與乳清一份搭又正好@@
