爬文之後
只知道體脂肪要降~~~
除此之外呢?
那麼到底怎樣的運動方式才能達到
肌肉不要越變越大但是要有線條
我之前是聽說
例如舉啞鈴重量就不要增加但是次數組數增加
這樣是對的嗎?
或著有其他要注意的,希望能多多指教!
